Role Description As the Documentation/ Scheduling Specialist (Claims Analyst II), you will intake, analyze, validate and categorize/classify appeals hearings case documentation from appellants and perform data entry of required fields into the CMS Hearings and Appeals tracking system. In addition, you will have responsibility for the coordination and scheduling of hearings with the Hearing Officer, Legal professionals, and other interested stakeholders. Overall responsibility includes intake, analysis, and categorization of documentation and scheduling in support of the Medicare Geographic Classification Review Board (MGCRB). - Issues are found in the case file, such as missing or questionable documentation; the DSS will be responsible for escalating the matter to the Paralegal staff and/or Hearings officer, as appropriate. - DSS performs an in-depth review to confirm that regulatory requirements are present. - After the appeal is categorized according to the issue and entered into the tracking system, the DSS creates reports, such as Intake Review Report. - The final step in the intake process is the identification of motions, objections, and preliminary matters. Using a checklist, a DSS reviews the appeal to identify any preliminary matters and classify them into matters that can be resolved quickly prior to the commencement of briefing. - After the date and time of the conference is finalized, DSS drafts a Notice of Pre-Hearing Teleconference for the Hearing Officer Review. - After an in-person, video, or telephonic hearing, the DSS ensures that the HO has received the transcript, uploads it into the tracking system, emails a copy of the transcript to required parties, and contacts the appellant with information regarding its availability. Role Description DIGITI is looking for a Unix Admin to support GSA platform management services which encompass operations, continuity services, and recovery services for all IT core infrastructure services required to deliver any technology. Responsibilities: This position shall perform the following (to include but not limited to) activities: - Oversee and implement switch provisioning (configuration) and implementation across multiple sites, including coordinating cutover logistics and change management. - Engineering Netscaler to support hosting the most mission-critical systems within GSA and support all end-user Wi-Fi authentication. - Establish network monitoring for newly installed and replaced equipment. - Support and operate Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN) sites - Support and maintain network equipment and configuration (routers and routing). - Manage the LAN/WAN routing protocol between the routers and perform port management, network capacity management (including planning and trending). - Manage WLAN infrastructures to include access points (WAPs), wireless LAN controllers, and integrations into Software Defined Access (SDA) infrastructures. - Utilize and implement network orchestration tools and techniques to facilitate automated and consistent configurations, management, testing, deployment, and operations of physical and virtual devices within the network. - Manage status, errors, and inbound and outbound traffic statistics of all routing interfaces, bandwidth utilization, and errors of all inbound and outbound LAN/WAN circuits. - - Provides technical direction, guidance, and assistance to assigned projects, suggesting efficient approaches and methods for solving problems. - Prepares and presents written and oral reports. - Prepares and presents proposals, or portions thereof, primarily in field of specialty - Analyzes, diagnoses, and recommends solutions to complex problems. - Escalate issues to vendor and third-party entities, as necessary and directed by the Government. - Generates / updates network documentation in coordination with the onsite installation resources. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and client personnel at all levels. - Produce knowledge base articles and SOPs. Qualifications Requirements: - Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification by start date. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4 - 9 years of related experience. - 5 - 7 years of experience configuring the following protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static routes. - Experience as a Netscaler SME. - Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. - Previous hands-on experience with the appliances VPX and SDX. - Previous experience with Traffic Management: Proficiency in configuring Load Balancing (LB), Content Switching (CS), and Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) for multi-site redundancy. Building SSL profiles and policies. - Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. - Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. - Previous experience engineering and supporting a NetScaler solution in a large enterprise environment. - Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. - Perform systems management and integration functions - Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment with limited supervision and may supervise/lead others. - Possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients. - Maintain standard working hours per the DIGIT contract and to be available for meetings, and other collaborative efforts during working hours. - Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments with the ability to use practical experience and training to determine how to accomplish tasks. Desired: - Proficient in configuring the following protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static routes. - Familiar with SD-WAN architectures such as VMware (VeloCloud) - Design network architecture for Software Design Access / Software Defined Network.. - Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA); Highly desired. - Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including holidays as scheduled. - Shall possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients. - Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. - Familiarity with the following technologies: Active Directory, Windows, ServiceNow, Network Monitoring Systems (Solarwinds), Cisco Prime, LAN/WAN control protocols. - Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Slack, and ServiceNow. - Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including holidays as scheduled.
