Job Description

PMO, Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead

Elfonze Technologies

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion General Ledger including chart of accounts, accounting periods, journal entries, and financial close processes. • Support configuration and maintenance of ledger sets, accounting calendars, and intercompany transactions. • Troubleshoot issues related to journal import, subledger accounting (SLA) rules, and financial reporting. • Assist users with period-end close activities and account reconciliation processes. • Support end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier management, and withholding tax. • Troubleshoot invoice validation errors, holds, and approval workflow issues. • Provide support for AR processes including customer invoicing, receipts, credit memos, and adjustments. • Support bank statement import, reconciliation, and cash positioning activities. • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections including strategy management, work queues, and dunning letters. • Manage and resolve Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle for issue resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring functional issues and recommend permanent fixes. • Perform functional testing for patches, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates. • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud ERP).
  • Deep functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.
  • Strong understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, accounting events, and journal entries.
  • Proven experience in Oracle support roles — managing SRs, patch testing, and regression testing.
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI for functional reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles and feature review processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Role Description We have an immediate opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a lean, high-impact finance team supporting a portfolio of over 250 veterinary hospitals across 30+ states. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will help produce the finance function’s core recurring deliverables, including: - The monthly reporting package - Board and PE sponsor reporting - Lender/credit-agreement compliance - The annual budget You will partner closely with Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Accounting, and corporate leadership to translate hospital-level performance into decisions that move the business. This is a fully remote, hands-on role for someone who wants meaningful ownership on a small team. You’ll work directly with the Senior Director of FP&A, VP of FP&A, and CFO on the recurring reporting cycle, ad hoc analyses for our private equity sponsor, lenders, and the executive team, and you’ll play a meaningful role in modernizing how we consolidate, report, and forecast across 250+ hospital P&Ls.
