• This is a remote position. • Oracle Fusion AP, Purchasing Module – Person should have 7-10 Years experience as a Functional Consultant in P2P cycle in Oracle Fusion. • Person should have worked on BIP and OTBI reports and have hands on experience in Creating new Integrations in AP and PO modules. • Should have good Communication. • Should know end to end in P2P cycle and have knowledge of SLA customization and Transaction Account Builder to create Charge accounts. • Should be a good Team player and work closely with Tech developer for enhancements / BIP report development / debugging issues. • Ideal candidate should have experience in Supporting Tickets in JIRA/ ServiceNow.

• Execute sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) across a variety of indirect and/or direct spend categories • Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation strategies • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding activities • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks • Maintain and monitor supplier performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) • Support issue resolution and escalation with vendors and internal stakeholders • Track contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures • Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet risk and compliance standards • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risk exposures • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership (cost savings, spend by category, supplier performance) • Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP and procurement systems • Act as a procurement business partner to internal departments across North America • Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and cost optimization • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance • Support procurement system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives • Contribute to standardization of procurement practices across North America
• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and reduce risk. • Analyze spend data, supply markets, and business requirements to identify sourcing opportunities and develop improvement plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while managing ongoing relationships for performance, compliance, and innovation. • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service levels, terms, and conditions. • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier risk, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Lead end-to-end procurement processes: RFP development, bid analysis, contracting, and implementation. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and corporate governance. • Implement process improvements to streamline purchasing activities and enhance efficiency. • Align with Finance stakeholders to validate/interlock financials • Drive continuous cost reduction initiatives and value delivery through strategic sourcing and demand management. • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract utilization. • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership
