Role Description As Construction Controller, you will own the financial oversight of a globally distributed portfolio of high-integrity land development projects, including off-grid, modular, and coastal luxury builds. Reporting to the VP of Land Development and working closely with Finance and Project Managers, you will: - Track project budgets - Evaluate vendor contracts - Manage cost reporting - Proactively surface financial risks and opportunities You will serve as the internal control hub for all active projects, building the systems, dashboards, and workflows that give PMs structure while providing leadership with real-time financial visibility. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven problem statements. • Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate features from unstructured data (e.g., text) to enhance machine learning models. • Write and optimize SQL queries to manipulate, clean, and analyze structured data from various databases. • Use basic coding skills (e.g., Python) to handle data preprocessing, transformation, and running ML models independently. • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring the correct model is selected for each problem. • Perform model validation, fine-tuning, and feature engineering to optimize performance • Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, concise ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Stay updated with the latest developments in LLMs, ML, and AI technologies to incorporate new techniques into solutions.

Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals and leading teams to exceed sales targets. - An expert in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite and functional leader level. - Prior experience of closing deals with Global Capability Centers and BPO customers will be an advantage. - Consistent achievement of quota (ARR/revenue targets). - Strong consultative / solution selling. - Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations. - Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

• You will own global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting across multiple legal entities, regions, and currencies. • You will partner closely with the founder, executive leadership, and operating teams to deliver clear financial and operational insight that informs strategy, capital allocation, and business performance. • You will design and implement standardized FP&A processes, templates, and reporting frameworks that function effectively in a distributed, international environment. • You will ensure consistency, accuracy, and comparability of financial data across regions while accounting for local realities. • You will support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking. • You will translate complex, multi-entity financial data into concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership. • As the function scales, you will hire, manage, and mentor the family office FP&A team members and build a disciplined, globally aligned FP&A organization.
