Role Description We are looking for a Finance Manager to support a controllership function for a US-based startup. This role sits within the India-based finance team and works closely with founders & leadership team on compliance, reporting, and controllership matters. The ideal candidate combines strong Indian accounting fundamentals with a working knowledge of US GAAP and compliance frameworks, gained through prior experience in a SaaS or GCC environment. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in line with the requirements - Set up and lead the controllership on reporting, reconciliations, and compliance deliverables - Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance requirements relevant to the entity - Partner with cross-functional teams (India and US) to streamline financial processes and reporting timelines - Drive process improvements and standardization across controllership workflows - Support internal and external audit requirements, including liaising with auditors on queries - Prepare financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reports as needed Qualifications - Qualified Chartered Accountant (India) with 4–6 years of experience - Current or prior experience working within a SaaS OR GCC (Global Capability Center) set up in India, with direct exposure to a US country - Strong understanding of US GAAP, along with Indian accounting standards - Excellent communication skills, given the need to coordinate closely with US-based stakeholders

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / India - Remote - Own end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders to build a repeatable enterprise sales motion. - Drive complex, long-cycle, enterprise-level deals by engaging senior executives to identify needs and deliver tailored value. - Own revenue, driving pipeline, bookings, margins, and quota attainment. - Close large, complex deals including RFPs, negotiations, and commercial structuring. - Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new logos. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Understand customer pain points and map product solutions; collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams. - Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and business cases. - Work with legal, finance, and leadership on deal closure. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals and leading teams to exceed sales targets. - An expert in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite and functional leader level. - Prior experience of closing deals for SAP Products, Solutions, and Services. - Consistent achievement of quota (ARR/revenue targets). - Strong consultative / solution selling. - Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations. - Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
