Job Description

Finance Manager

Elevation Capital

• Own and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in line with the requirements • Set up and lead the controllership on reporting, reconciliations, and compliance deliverables • Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance requirements relevant to the entity • Partner with cross-functional teams (India and US) to streamline financial processes and reporting timelines • Drive process improvements and standardization across controllership workflows • Support internal and external audit requirements, including liaising with auditors on queries • Prepare financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reports as needed

Job Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (India) with 4–6 years of experience
  • Current or prior experience working within a SaaS OR GCC (Global Capability Center) set up in India, with direct exposure to a US country.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, along with Indian accounting standards
  • Excellent communication skills, given the need to coordinate closely with US-based stakeholders.
