Business Development Manager

Senior BESS Technical Sales Manager

• Effectively support the business development team & structured finance teams, to promote potential BESS opportunities. • In conjunction with the VP of Business Development, Energy Storage Program Manager, or assigned Business Development representative, create vendor bid packages & budgets, support the sales cycle through providing technical expertise in meetings, and assist in managing strategic relationships. • Craft project cost estimates through identifying strategic opportunities with equipment vendors and subcontractors. • Assist with presenting projects for approval or sale to internal colleagues, customers, and utilities. • Represent the Company and its affiliates to outside parties. • Explore and analyze new BESS markets, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate BESS opportunities. • Collaborate with the structured finance team to model new markets. • Manage BESS vendors for pipeline proposals through contracting, collaborating with EDFps NA colleagues on monthly calls. • In conjunction with the Energy Storage Program Manager, identify, understand, and solve all potential budgetary risks for BESS projects, including legal and regulatory requirements applicable to a project. • Assist to review, understand, negotiate, and close BESS contracts for projects originated or developed by the Business Development team, including nondisclosure agreements, term sheets, offtake & EPC agreements and consultant agreements. • Develop and expand industry knowledge and contacts, customer contacts, and relevant base of knowledge to support project origination and development.
EPC Contracts Manager

• To support the build-out of EDF power solutions’ project portfolio, the EPC Contracts Manager is responsible for managing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contract negotiations and coordinating commercial/legal reviews to ensure timely execution of agreements and provide support to project teams throughout contract fulfillment. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and execution of requests for proposals, term sheets, exhibits, and other related contract documents. • Coordinate and collaborate with legal, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, risk management, tax, accounting, and other key stakeholders during EPC contract negotiations. • Lead commercial negotiations and RFP discussions with counterparties. • Lead commercial meetings with reviewing and finalizing EPC contract exhibits and other related documents. • Review, evaluate, and address counterparty’s commercial comments and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
SCADA Systems Engineer

Senior Key Client Manager

Construction and Civil Engineering Intern
