• The Senior Manager, Commercial MSAT for Polysaccharides will lead and facilitate launch readiness and commercial supply of the polysaccharides used in glycoconjugate vaccines. • This role focuses on technical launch planning and execution by bringing best practices and coordinating cross-functional efforts for regulatory filings, facility readiness, and launch supplies. • This role also provides leadership to ensure that the organization is equipped to effectively communicate the scientific and commercial rationale for critical raw material manufacturing processes to internal stakeholders, relevant CMOs, and to regulatory agencies. • The incumbent will work with the organization to ensure on-time execution and appropriate planning for commercial lifecycle management. • The Senior Manager will collaborate on overall program strategy, with primary responsibility and accountability for the polysaccharide drug substance intermediate.

• Manage the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle replacement of facility assets across a portfolio of up to 90–140 locations. • Perform in depth Annual Site Assessments for all locations in assigned area. • Implement and complete Ferguson's Integrated Facilities Management strategy across owned and leased properties. • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, effective solutions that support field operations while balancing quality, speed, and cost. • Partner with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure facilities are maintained to Ferguson standards. • Ensure critical building systems—including HVAC, fire protection, electrical, UPS, generators, and life safety systems—are properly maintained and operating reliably. • Lead regional programs focused on regulatory compliance, safety, security, inspections, and preventative maintenance. • Develop and maintain documentation supporting business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational readiness. • Provide strategic recommendations through data analysis, reporting, presentations, and portfolio reviews. • Manage facilities operating budgets and maintenance expenditures while finding opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. • Evaluate and support capital investment initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term facilities strategies. • Collaborate with project management teams on renovations, expansions, and new construction projects. • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key service providers and suppliers. • Drive vendor performance, service standardization, contract optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Champion operational excellence and customer satisfaction through best-in-class facilities management practices.

• Conduct comprehensive in-home LTSS assessments to determine eligibility for waiver and community-based services. • Complete and submit required waiver documentation in accordance with state Medicaid and health plan guidelines. • Develop and implement individualized, person-centered plans of care addressing medical, behavioral, functional, and social determinant needs. • Apply clinical judgment to identify risk factors, prevent avoidable hospitalizations, and reduce barriers to care. • Coordinate services across interdisciplinary teams including providers, home health agencies, behavioral health, and community organizations. • Review claims data, clinical records, and assessment tools to evaluate member needs and benefit utilization. • Monitor member progress and reassess needs based on changes in condition or level of care. • Present cases at interdisciplinary team (ICT) meetings and collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to ensure goal attainment. • Ensure compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements, CMS regulations, state LTSS guidelines, and company policies. • Document all case management activities in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards. • Educate members and caregivers regarding benefits, services, and available community resources.
