• Manage the full cycle of accounting including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance. • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and variance analyses. • Maintain accurate balance sheet account reconciliations. • Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting. • Manage federal, state, and private grant reporting requirements. • Ensure proper allocation of costs and compliance with grant budgets and allowable cost principles. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements.

Customer Service Representative

Role Description Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself! We are looking for Game Changers who wake up excited to make a difference. - Demonstrate ability to engage individuals served and the general public in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery. - Provides individualized customer service at a high standard, professional level. - Responsible for answering and triaging inbound calls and general emails, assisting individuals with general questions, inquiries about Easterseals MORC programs and services, or community resources/referrals. - Acts as an ambassador of Easterseals and builds interest in the programs and services offered. - Documents all call information according to ESM policy and procedures. - Expected to answer inbound calls and perform other work duties for the full duration of the shift (8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday). Lunches and breaks are scheduled. Role Description Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Homebased Behavioral Health Clinician to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself! We are looking for Game Changers! - Provides individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their family. - Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families. - Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services. - Responsible for meeting all MDCH requirements for Home-based hours (minimum 4 hours per family per month). - Maintains an electronic and paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews and client rights documents. - Participates in individual supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers and develop strategies for better assisting families in reaching their goals. Qualifications - Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Psychology; AND Have a temporary limited license as a Psychologist (TLLP) or a limited license (LLP) or (LP) from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services (grandfathered only); OR - Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work; AND Have an LLMSW or LMSW from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services; OR - Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling; AND Have a limited license as a professional counselor (LLPC) or an (LPC) from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services; AND - Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license. Role Description Easterseals MORC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure the financial health of the organization. As a key member of the finance team, the Financial Analyst will work closely with department leaders and senior management to manage financial performance, assess business trends, and contribute to the strategic goals of Easterseals MORC. This position may be done remotely but requires the incumbent to reside in the state of Michigan and may require some travel to our Auburn Hills or Clinton Twp office. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to budgeted targets and forecasts. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and profitability. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. - Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with department heads to review financial outcomes and performance trends. - Analyze costs related to operations, programs, and services. - Provide actionable insights to management regarding cost control and cost-effectiveness measures. - Verifying cost allocations according to company procedures. - Evaluating borrowing structures to ensure competitive funding costs. - Contribute financial data and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to senior leadership as required. - Participate in special projects, financial modeling, and data-driven initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. - Non-profit financial experience, especially in healthcare or CMH is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
