Accounting Manager

• Manage the full cycle of accounting including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance. • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and variance analyses. • Maintain accurate balance sheet account reconciliations. • Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting. • Manage federal, state, and private grant reporting requirements. • Ensure proper allocation of costs and compliance with grant budgets and allowable cost principles. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
- Possess at least five (5) years of progressively more complex GL, Accounting and/or Finance Reporting experience, at least two (2) years of which are in a leadership capacity.
- Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of GAAP, non-profit reporting requirements, and financial statement analysis.
- Solid background in the use of computers specific to accounting systems/ modules.

Role Description The Account Liaison identifies and develops strategic relationships within the institution that will enhance patient care, along with managing interactions between our external accounts, field operations and internal supporting teams.
