• Administration Interns are responsible for various administrative and professional functions within the department assigned. • This may include, but not limited to, researching, creating, updating, and recording department-specific documentation, as well as customer service responsibilities. • The RBI Intern will learn to design and implement reporting and dashboards geared toward optimizing operations within Easterseals MORC. • Executes both technical and analytical functions to ensure smooth flow of business operations. • Works directly with stakeholders and key team members to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.

Job Requirements

  • Some college or better in Computer Science or related field.
  • Student or recent graduate (within 3 months) from a college or university with a focus and/or major in computer science, information technology, or other technology related field.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users by various means, including in person, voice, and writing.
  • Experience in customer support/service preferred.
