As our Digital Experience Manager / Web Product Manager (Growth/Marketing focused) at Doppel, you will own the strategy, creation, and evolution of our highest-impact web experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of Product Marketing, Design, and Web to ensure our website clearly communicates our value and drives measurable business outcomes. This is a critical role for our growth engine, turning our digital front door into a high-performing conversion channel. What You Will Do - Own and Evolve Key Web Experiences: - Audit our current site and identify gaps across product, features, use cases, and industry pages. - Define a clear roadmap for new page creation and refreshes, prioritizing based on business impact, SEO potential, and user needs. - Manage the web properties as a product, balancing immediate marketing needs with long-term technical and strategic health. - Partner Closely with Product Marketing (PMM): - Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling, web-native experiences. - Collaborate with PMM to refine narratives, ensuring they are clear, differentiated, and effective in a digital context. - Act as the voice of the web user, ensuring messaging is optimized for readability, searchability, and conversion. - Lead Page Strategy: - Lead the creation of new pages from concept to launch. - Shape content, define structure, and develop wireframes that effectively communicate complex ideas and guide users to action. - Ensure all new pages meet best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO. - Lead Cross-Functional Execution: - Work closely with Design and Web Engineering to bring pages to life, ensuring projects move efficiently from idea to launch. - Proactively remove blockers, make decisions, and maintain momentum without requiring constant oversight. - Continuously Optimize and Improve: - Regularly evaluate page performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing platforms. - Identify opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion through data-driven hypotheses and experimentation. - Iterate on existing experiences to ensure our site stays current, effective, and aligned with company goals and growth targets. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a Web Product Manager, or Digital Experience role, specifically focused on B2B marketing or growth. - Proven track record of defining, launching, and optimizing high-traffic, high-impact marketing websites. - Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies. - Proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between marketing strategy, design aesthetics, and technical feasibility. - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, headless CMS) and SEO best practices. - A bias for action and a demonstrated ability to take projects from vague concepts to polished, measurable results. Bonus points - Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment. - Good eye for design. - Prior experience defining and measuring growth metrics like MQLs, sign-ups, and pipeline contribution from web channels.
