Key Responsibilities - Understands and articulates Nationwide’s unique position in the retirement plans market. - Establishes and manages Nationwide Financial Workplace Solutions relationships with key public sector consultants and their consultant firms spread across either half of the United States. - Establishes ongoing relationships with regular and frequent contact/correspondences with individual consultants and firms in order to position Nationwide and share value proposition. - Delivers timely and relevant thought leadership and industry knowledge to consultants to make Nationwide their vendor/partner of choice. - Enables consultants to offer education opportunities and tools that can be used by plan sponsors to drive their business. - Creates sales activation by connecting thought leadership to Nationwide’s offerings and expertise in the marketplace. - Influences and educates consultants and firms on Nationwide features, capabilities and value statement to have consultants positively position the company with public sector clients. - Participates in acquisition and retention RFP process that involves a consultant. Coordinates closely with bid owner to assure RFP and finalists presentation are guided towards consultant and clients buying sentiment. - Advocates on behalf of the consultant’s firms to ensure their needs, goals, opportunities and concerns are understood within Nationwide Financial Retirement Plans. - Collaborates with colleagues to strategize, communicate and implement consultant-wide plans. - Partners with consultants to remove key concerns and obstacles that they may have with Nationwide. - May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, finance or related field required. - FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 required; designations such as ChFC, CLU, CRC are preferred. - Minimum eight years of sales and/or relationship management with demonstrated experience in the retirement plans field. - In-depth understanding of retirement plans. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and strong technical skills and proficiency. - Project management skills. Role Description As a Data Solutions Architect in the EMEA region at Anomalo, you'll be instrumental in expanding our global customer solutions presence. You'll engage directly with enterprise customers across diverse industries, providing expert guidance on data quality monitoring and helping shape our offerings to meet regional needs. You'll also serve as a key point of contact for customer calls, ensuring their success while working closely with our global teams to drive innovation and excellence. - Become an expert in data quality monitoring, and advise our industry-leading customers on the best way to monitor their complex datasets in cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks and Redshift via Anomalo. - Work closely with enterprise customers across multiple verticals to help solve their most complex data monitoring challenges. - Advise customers on how best to evolve the structure of their datasets to ensure they can effectively monitor their data for changes they care about. - Help customers understand and triage alerts that they are not familiar with, and advise configuration changes when necessary. - Develop working relationships with technical peers in data engineering, data science, and analytics at our customers. - Be a resource for our sales and customer success teams when they need technical questions answered about how best to apply Anomalo to a customer need. - Identify areas of opportunity for improving our product, algorithms, and processes and convey those to partners in product, engineering, and support. This role requires regular overlap with our U.S.-based team. As a result, your typical working hours will include later afternoons and evenings (local time) to support cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications - 8+ years of data analytics experience. - Very proficient in SQL and data analysis in R or Python. - Experience working with one or more cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift, etc.) or an equivalent MPP data warehouse. - Able to understand and advise on data quality problems across a variety of industries and use cases. - Track record of communicating complex analytical insights or findings to internal or external customers. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience. • Lead the technical strategy for injectable drug delivery device opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate client Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop competitive customer proposals • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for injectable drug delivery devices, including prefilled syringes, needle safety devices, autoinjectors, and pen injectors, providing guidance on assembly, packaging, and labeling solutions • Represent Thermo Fisher during customer meetings, technical presentations, bid defenses, and facility tours, effectively communicating our capabilities and differentiators • Evaluate customer requirements, identify technical risks and opportunities, and recommend practical, executable solutions that align with operational capabilities • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other technical experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially competitive • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer requirements while balancing operational capabilities and business objectives • Continuously expand knowledge of injectable drug delivery technologies, market trends, and Thermo Fisher service offerings to strengthen customer solutions
