• Lead consultative sales meetings with warm, pre-qualified couples ready to choose their resort and package • Develop and present customized wedding package quotes tailored to each couple's vision and budget • Drive all closing activity — follow up relentlessly, create urgency and lock in bookings • Build strong relationships with clients that lead to referrals, upgrades and long-term loyalty • Partner with SDRs to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience from first touch to booking • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in the CRM • Contribute to the growth and culture of an elite, results-driven sales team
