• Own and manage inbound social leads from first touch through qualification and handoff • Manage lead activity within HubSpot CRM • Maintain pipeline hygiene, lead stages, notes, and next steps • Ensure clean handoff into Sales once leads convert into deals • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and messaging channels • Qualify leads through natural conversation • Identify timing, destination interest, guest count, and planning readiness • Build trust quickly and create momentum toward next steps • Make outbound calls to warm inbound leads • Follow up through SMS and social messaging • Ensure fast response times across channels • Identify opportunities within social platforms and communities • Monitor engagement and conversations that may signal planning intent • Share recurring customer questions, objections, and themes with Marketing
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in sales development, inbound lead management, customer support, or social selling
- Experience managing inbound leads across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Confidence making outbound phone calls to warm inbound leads
- Strong qualification skills with the ability to identify intent and buying readiness
- Experience working inside a CRM with strong pipeline hygiene and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust quickly across phone, SMS, and direct message
