Role Description The FME Operations & Administrative Coordinator is the operational backbone of DEKRA's Foreign Material Exclusion Services business. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project is staffed, documented, and administered with precision — from managing seasonal employee databases and site access logistics to overseeing invoicing, compliance reporting, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate has direct experience in the nuclear FME or outage services industry and understands the unique scheduling, credentialing, and documentation demands of nuclear plant work. This position is designed to absorb key administrative and operational functions currently handled by the Business Manager, freeing senior leadership to focus on client relationships and growth. What You’ll Do: - Field Staffing & Resource Coordination - Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies. - Manage the scheduling, deployment, and rotation of FME field personnel across all active outage and project assignments. - Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive seasonal employee database including resumes, qualifications, certifications, and availability. - Coordinate with site management and projects leads to ensure correct staffing levels and personnel qualifications for each assignment. - Support recruiting efforts: source, screen, and onboard contract FME personnel in collaboration with HR and the Business Manager. - Site Access & Compliance Administration - Manage client specific nuclear site access requirements: specific training completions, badging, and unescorted access qualification. - Track expiration dates and renewals for all personnel qualifications, certifications, and site-specific requirements. - Ensure all field staff comply with DEKRA and client safety policies, code of conduct, and nuclear industry standards (NRC, INPO, NEI). - Serve as the primary point of contact for site access administrators at client facilities. - Project Documentation & Reporting - Coordinate the preparation, review, and distribution of Project Plans, FME Execution Plans, daily/shift reports, and post-project reports. - Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with DEKRA quality standards. - Track project progress against plan; flag deviations and escalate to project leads or management as needed. - Prepare internal business reporting: project status summaries, staffing utilization reports, and operational metrics for management review. - Invoicing, Contracts & Financial Administration - Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing in coordination with project managers and the finance team. - Track purchase orders, contract terms, and billing milestones; flag upcoming expirations or scope changes. - Support the preparation and processing of subcontractor and field personnel pay documentation. - Assist with budget tracking and cost reporting at the project and business unit level. - Tools, Systems & Process Improvement - Own and continuously improve DEKRA FME's operational tools, templates, and databases. - Identify administrative inefficiencies and propose process improvements to reduce friction and improve quality. - Provide administrative support for client proposals, contract renewals, and vendor onboarding. Role Description The Business Development Manager will focus on sales of DEKRA’s EHS Consulting services. This role will grow our EHS presence in North America in a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating revenue generating opportunities, managing sales processes, and increasing market share. This will be accomplished by developing and facilitating the sales process through to booking business. Day-to-day activities will involve moderate to heavy prospecting, client presentations, pricing & proposal review. Role Description As an Aerospace Program Manager and AS9100 / ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, you will serve as a technical authority and certification decision-maker within the Aerospace sector, overseeing auditing and management of certification and assessment services across OEM and supply chain organizations. Role Description The Executive Consultant manages the highest executive relationship with the client and is responsible for guiding the entire project. The Executive Lead Consultant has overall responsibility for project execution, client results, and the client relationship. This role serves as the overall Program Manager and may have additional Lead Consultants/Project Managers reporting to them, depending on the size and complexity of the engagement. There is major emphasis on both: - Increasing consulting skills through development and coaching of project teams. - Delivering solutions that yield safety performance results and ROI for our clients. Role Description The FME Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency by supervising Foreign Materials Exclusion (FME) programs across nuclear power facilities and other industrial sectors (energy, manufacturing, and specialty projects). This full-time role balances administrative responsibilities supporting company operations with direct project leadership in the field during outage seasons and specialized assignments. The Supervisor may, at times, also fulfill other FME monitoring roles, as well as consulting and coordination duties within FME role(s) to support clients’ needs and operational success. Role Description The Executive Consultant manages the highest executive relationship with the client and is responsible for guiding the entire project. Role Description The Automotive Process Consultant will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a LEAN approach to the traditional Express Service model. These LEAN initiatives will be installed on behalf of Volvo Group North America, at select US dealerships within a designated geographic area. This model will provide a pathway for completing 90% of all repairs to the brand’s vehicles. The successful candidate will be a Champion, a Coach, and will secure commitment to change using effective change management principles and by leveraging their personal experiences in retail fixed operations performance improvement. This role is US-based, primarily in the Mid Atlantic to Boston (Northeast) area or Chicago to Texas (Central) area. What You’ll Do - Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies. - Function as the subject matter “expert” on the LEAN service concept to Volvo dealers and OE Regional Management in support of program implementation. - Be the primary “lead” implementer in participating dealers. - Communicate program content, goals, and objectives to dealership management. - In conjunction with the Service Manager, develop an Action plan for the implementation as required to meet the agreed upon timeline. - Be an expert resource on the LEAN principals which are the basis for this LEAN service concept. - Work on-site with the dealership management and service team to support the implementation and sustainment. - Provide topic training to the service team and dealership management. - Assist the dealership in making equipment and shop layout decisions to support the implementation. - Attend OE Regional Meetings as required to explain and support the implementation with Regional Dealers. - Be prepared to provide support in North America and Globally as required to support the broader OEM Project.
