Role Description Precursive, a leading SaaS provider of Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions built on Salesforce, is seeking an Independent Project Coordinator to partner with our Professional Services team. In this hybrid role – part Project Manager, part Resource Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping customers implement the Precursive PSA platform and realize value quickly. You will collaborate with our internal Project Managers to drive the successful execution of 3–4 concurrent client onboarding projects, owning coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout each project's lifecycle. This is a client-facing, detail-driven role where your organizational superpowers and ability to stay one step ahead will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and smooth go-lives. You'll coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects on track, acting as the connective tissue between our customers and our delivery team. If you're a natural multitasker who can juggle timelines and resources with a friendly, professional touch, this role provides broad experience akin to project management roles at top SaaS companies. Key Responsibilities - Project Coordination & Scheduling - Support Precursive Project Consultants and Client Project Managers in structuring and maintaining implementation timelines, key milestones, and task lists for each customer project. - Manage all project documentation and updates – including scheduling meetings, capturing notes, maintaining risk logs, and tracking deliverables – to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Coordinate internal resources (e.g. consultants, engineers) and client stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines, effectively scheduling the right people at the right time to keep projects moving. - Client Communication & Support - Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for your assigned implementation projects, building trust with client teams from kickoff to go-live. - Facilitate project kickoff calls, regular check-ins, and follow-up meetings to keep clients informed, engaged, and confident in our progress. - Clearly communicate project updates, align on next steps, and proactively surface any risks or blockers to both clients and internal teams, ensuring there are no surprises. - Multitasking Across Projects - Own a portfolio of 3–4 active client projects simultaneously, ensuring each receives appropriate attention and forward momentum. - Maintain consistent process quality across projects while adapting to each client's unique goals, requirements, and timeline. - Use Precursive's playbooks, templates, and best practices to streamline project work, improving efficiency and scalability of our implementations. - Team Support & Collaboration - Assist with internal resource planning by helping allocate Precursive team members across projects according to capacity and skillset. Handle administrative and logistical needs for the delivery team (e.g. scheduling resources, coordinating project communications). - Work closely with Precursive Implementation Consultants, Customer Support, and Sales teams to create a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Ensure hand-offs between Sales and Professional Services are smooth and that customer expectations are aligned. - Contribute ideas to improve our internal delivery processes, tools, and templates. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation support role (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech). - Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating resources across teams. - Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar. - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Slack. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience working with or implementing PSA platforms. - Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem. - Project management certifications such as CAPM or PMP. - Exposure to SaaS customer onboarding processes. - Experience using Precursive.
