• Create a global Maintenance and Support (M&S) commercial governance, defining clear process and guidance for commercial teams around the globe to follow, ensuring consistency and standardization, aligning the different process around the globe into a single and standardized process. • Provide process governance guidance to Commercial Operations as well as Renewals Account Managers (RAM) teams globally, supporting process guidelines, risk identification, approvals, and process follow-up. • Offer expertise in commercial processes during all phases of the ITO process to Commercial Operations as well as RAM teams. • Proactively identify key opportunities to apply risk and process assessments. • Reactively review and ensure compliance with commercial processes and policies. • Collaborate with commercial teams, sales teams, and approvers to establish clear communication channels, fostering a "one team" spirit and expediting processes and approvals. • Identify areas for process improvement and simplification. • Mentor and guide Commercial teams as well as RAM teams globally, across both regional and global deal desks. • Collaborate on quality revisions of the different systems, SFDC, ERP, SNOW, Artifactory and others, looking for consistency and global standardization.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Governance team, setting clear goals, coaching performance, building capability (training, hiring, succession), and driving a culture of accountability, risk mindset, and operational rigor • Own execution of PII Discovery operations and governance, including data source onboarding, scan monitoring, issue triage/remediation coordination, and overall platform health and stability • Manage PII discovery policy and rules governance, including creation/maintenance of identifier rules, exception management, approvals, and documentation to ensure compliant and consistent application • Establish and report PII discovery performance insights, defining and improving KPIs/KRIs and delivering actionable, executive-ready metrics and summaries aligned to business outcomes • Support the Consumer Rights Program through controlled, audit-ready reporting, responding to data subject-related requests in partnership with Legal/Compliance/Operations and improving workflows for speed, accuracy, and traceability • Provide governance oversight for the Outbound Data Share program, ensuring requests are reviewed, approved, documented, renewed, and compliant with policy, privacy laws, and contractual obligations • Drive enterprise adoption through training, stewardship, stakeholder enablement, and Data Literacy oversight, providing execution support for Synchrony’s enterprise Data Literacy Program • Ensure strong governance, risk, and control alignment, maintaining documentation and evidence for audits/regulatory inquiries and coordinating issue remediation across 1st/2nd/3rd line stakeholders

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming project requests • Manage and administer the project intake workflow from submission through approval/denial • Ensure all submissions include required documentation (business case, scope, risks, timeline, etc.) • Perform initial qualification of requests (project vs. operational work) • Partner with requestors and stakeholders to develop key project inputs, including (but not limited to): Business case and problem statement, ROI and financial impact details, Risks, dependencies, and constraints, Implementation approach and scope • Coordinate intake review cycles, including: Meeting preparation and facilitation when necessary, Tracking decisions and follow-ups, Ensure governance standards and processes are followed, Maintain transparency of request status to stakeholders • Assist in scoring and prioritization of requests based on defined criteria • Compile and present: Estimated timelines, Resource needs, Risks and dependencies • Support leadership by providing clear, structured decision inputs • Partner with business and IT teams to refine project requests • Communicate intake expectations and timelines to requestors • Provide guidance on intake requirements and templates • Identify and recommend improvements to the intake process • Track and report on: Intake volume, Approval rates, Cycle times, Maintain intake documentation, templates, and tools
