Management Implementation Specialist

• Ensure successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system • Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems • Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks • Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks • Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data
• Provide support and maintenance for a large Windows Server environment • Manage secure file movements using IBM MQ, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and related technologies • Ensure secure deployment and management of customized web applications • Provide installation, monitoring, and support for new and existing infrastructure for both DCI and clients • Document and maintain system processes, configurations, and procedures • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and support escalations • Track all work performed using NetSuite or other case tracking systems • Provide after-hours support as required • Ensure timely and secure patching of all systems under BITS management • Maintain encryption best practices for file and web-based application security • Support business continuity plans and ensure environments are audit-ready
• Perform risk-based IT audits across systems, applications, and processes. • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGCs). • Execute audit procedures aligned with SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and FFIEC/OCC requirements. • Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in accordance with professional standards. • Develop and expand knowledge in Artificial Intelligence audit practices. • Support external audits and regulatory examinations. • Prepare audit documentation, coordinate walkthroughs, and compile supporting evidence. • Track and report on corrective actions and compliance initiatives. • Assist in maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks.
Customer Support Administrative Assistant

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls using our multi-line call center system with professionalism and efficiency • Route calls to the appropriate departments (primarily Customer Support) quickly and accurately • Create and document cases in the case tracking system for all customer interactions—phone, email, and online chat • Provide clear, accurate information about the company services, policies, and procedures • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes using third-party authentication tools • Communicate urgent matters to internal teams through Teams chat groups • Send daily attendance emails to the Customer Support team • Type, copy, and distribute monthly Customer Support calendar • Maintain and update the department attendance calendar • Operate and maintain department equipment and office supplies (call center system, printers, scanners, etc.) • Input updated bank information into the case tracking system • Bind HR and Education manuals as needed • Provide clerical support to team members across departments upon request • Serve as full backup for other Customer Support Administrative Assistants • Keep personal and shared workspaces neat, organized, and professional • Learn and adapt to new technology and software as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned
Software Quality Assurance Analyst

• Create and execute manual test cases to ensure software quality for new and existing features • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and the SCRUM team to resolve defects and optimize functionality • Log, track, and retest defects using Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring accuracy and thoroughness • Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, offering test updates and sharing QA insights • Support release cycles by validating staging environments and communicating results to stakeholders • Contribute to the development and improvement of our QA processes and test case libraries • Continue developing test automation skills, with mentorship and support from the QA Manager as needed • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger to validate back-end functionality
