DCI
• Provide support and maintenance for a large Windows Server environment • Manage secure file movements using IBM MQ, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and related technologies • Ensure secure deployment and management of customized web applications • Provide installation, monitoring, and support for new and existing infrastructure for both DCI and clients • Document and maintain system processes, configurations, and procedures • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and support escalations • Track all work performed using NetSuite or other case tracking systems • Provide after-hours support as required • Ensure timely and secure patching of all systems under BITS management • Maintain encryption best practices for file and web-based application security • Support business continuity plans and ensure environments are audit-ready
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems administration or technical support roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS and Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of network storage, scripting languages, and data communications
- Familiarity with secure file transfer technologies
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
