Role Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager - SAP Logistics & 3PL Integration to support global logistics transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead the delivery of SAP logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) integration projects, ensuring successful implementation across warehouse operations and supply chain processes. - Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP logistics and 3PL integration projects across Brazil and LATAM. - Manage project planning, execution, governance, and reporting, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and objectives. - Coordinate project activities with internal business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL/4PL) providers. - Perform 3PL scope assessments and ensure alignment between business and technical requirements. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, integrated plans, status reports, and risk registers. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation and resolution activities. - Facilitate governance meetings, technical workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions. - Support functional specification reviews and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Contribute to qualification activities, including OQ/PQ specification reviews, execution, and validation. - Coordinate testing activities across development, integration, operational qualification (OQ), and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Support cutover planning and data migration activities, ensuring readiness for deployment. - Contribute to technical assessments of user requirements and solution design. - Support knowledge transfer, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide hypercare support during post-go-live stabilization, coordinating incident resolution and vendor collaboration. - Support warehouse system (WHS) implementations and the development of SAP logistics solutions. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing SAP implementation or IT transformation projects. - Proven experience in project management within logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain environments. - Strong understanding of SAP logistics processes and third-party logistics (3PL) integrations. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in global project environments. - Knowledge of project governance, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management. - Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT, UAT, OQ/PQ, and deployment readiness. - Understanding of cutover planning, deployment, and data migration activities. - Familiarity with warehouse systems (WHS), MES, or related supply chain technologies is an advantage. - Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. - Fluent English; Portuguese or Spanish would be considered an advantage. Role Description We are currently looking for a new Business Data Migration Consultant – Finance (SAP) to support our growing team and ongoing transformation initiatives. - Plan and execute business-side data migration activities for Finance data objects in line with global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines. - Perform and coordinate data cleansing activities, ensuring completion within agreed schedules and quality standards. - Complete data collection activities for manual and construction data objects. - Collaborate with IT teams to prepare, validate, and maintain value mappings between source and target systems. - Create and maintain master data lists for assigned Finance data objects where applicable. - Provide business insights and detailed information to technical teams to support data extraction and conversion from legacy systems. - Work closely with IT teams and Business Data Owners to identify and confirm country-specific data objects in scope. - Ensure data readiness and data quality throughout the entire migration lifecycle for assigned Finance data objects. - Verify that data is fit for purpose and aligned with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. - Review and formally approve upload files before and after data loads. - Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target systems where required. - Execute dual maintenance activities to ensure data consistency across systems. - Execute and approve data verification scripts and validation activities. - Act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for assigned Finance data objects during migration and Hypercare phases. - Support defect management activities, ensuring timely resolution of data related issues.
