Role Description We are looking for a German and French speaking IT Service Desk Analyst for our team. The person can be based everywhere in EU. - Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products. - First level technical support. - Provide prompt responses to questions from employees as well as from client’s site. - Documentation of problems and knowledge database creation. - Provide hardware migration teams with information and appropriate reports and lists. - Process Improvement activities. - Consult with IT experts if the appropriate course of action is unclear. Qualifications - Fluent in German and English; French is a big advantage. - Technical skills are a plus. - Strong problem solving/analytical abilities. - Good communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task handling multiple clients. - Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and best practices. - Planning and organizing skills. - Team player and supportive personality. Role Description The Work Order Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence of work order data prior to closing the work order. This position supports data integrity efforts by reviewing submitted work orders, identifying discrepancies, and communicating with relevant teams to resolve issues. The Work Order Analyst is responsible for ensuring all discrepancies that prohibit a complete and accurate work order are corrected prior to closing a work order. This is a remote position with preference for candidates in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or a flexible schedule. - Reviews and validates Tech Complete work orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies. - Audits work order data against defined requirements based on work order type, ensuring: - All work order fields are completed and accurate. - Labor records are correct. - Required attachments are present. - Vendor documentation is included when applicable. - Related inspections are completed and documented. - Validating environmental sign-off is complete when applicable. - Identifies missing or inconsistent information and notates discrepancies for site correction. - Monitors tracking system for new work orders requiring review. - Monitors for work orders resubmitted after site corrective action and audits against original criteria again. - Places complete and accurate work orders in Work Complete status. - Identifies and escalates recurring compliance failures to leadership for corrective action. - Consistently meets or exceeds efficiency and accuracy targets, which serve as key performance indicators for this position. - Participates in periodic training and development sessions to enhance accuracy, improve process efficiency, and stay aligned with evolving policies and procedures.
