We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support data cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks across large datasets. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented and eager to build hands-on experience in data management. This position is based anywhere in the United States. Tasks and Responsibilities - Clean, validate, and maintain large datasets - Identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy - Support ongoing data administration and maintenance tasks - Organize and structure data for reporting and analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements - Assist in improving data quality processes and workflows - Maintain documentation related to data handling procedures
Job Requirements
- Basic experience or strong interest in data analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python)
- Experience with data cleaning or data quality processes
- Exposure to reporting or dashboarding tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
- Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months

What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data quality, analytics, or related disciplines. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and domains. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). - Good knowledge of SQL: Ability to read, understand, and create database queries for data validation and troubleshooting. - Working knowledge of Python: Comfortable Creating, interpreting and reviewing Python scripts to support data processes. - Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, and AWS Quick-Sight). - Experience with Cloud services (AWS) is a plus.
