What will you be doing as our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist? - MarTech Ecosystem Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack (HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM), ensuring integration, data integrity, and user adoption across teams. - Lead Lifecycle & Routing Architecture: Architect and manage the complete lead lifecycle, overseeing lead routing logic (LeanData), database enrichment (Clay), database hygiene, and prospect segmentation tailored to our enterprise GTM model - Campaign & Workflow Execution: Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-touch campaign operations within HubSpot, translating marketing strategy into complex workflow automation and targeted email deployments. - Full-Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses to accurately track campaign ROI, lead conversions, and pipeline influence, providing actionable insights for GTM leadership. - Process Automation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automated, scalable tech solutions to drive operational excellence and eliminate manual tasks. - Hybrid Sales Ops Support (10-15%): support critical Sales Operations functions, including territory management, assisting AEs with our internal CPQ processes, and managing Salesforce closed-won workflows. What we’d like you to bring to the table… - 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS environment. - Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build workflows, pull lists, QA emails, and execute the campaigns that support our go-to-market strategy. - Strong data manipulation skills (you are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets). The Implementation Manager (IM) acts as the active onboarding orchestrator for all new Cutover customers, ensuring structured, predictable, and high-quality onboarding experiences. This is a customer-facing role that partners directly with customers throughout onboarding to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum. The OM raises the bar on onboarding standards, drives delivery governance, and ensures customers progress efficiently from implementation to their defined value realization moment within six months. The OM is accountable for the onboarding plans of all new Cutover customers, managing multiple customers concurrently. They provide cross-workstream oversight across Customers, AE, CSM, and Delivery teams to proactively identify risks, misalignment, and execution gaps throughout onboarding. The OM ensures issues are surfaced early and escalated through defined governance forums in line with our methodology, maintaining transparency, accountability, and forward momentum. While AEs and CSMs own the overall customer relationship, the OM owns the onboarding plan, governance structure, and execution oversight.
