• Support Sales Engineering and Commercial teams to configure system demos • Identify, demonstrate and articulate key intellectual property (IP) threats and solutions to customers and prospects • Assist in creating high-quality demo experiences of Corsearch's brand protection systems • Manage prospect demo accounts as needed to uncover insights and provide compelling demo experiences • Assist in identifying relevant IP threat examples and prepare threat example reports

• Maintain, scale, and optimize the underlying core infrastructure that powers our high-volume scraping operations to effortlessly sustain the data demands of thousands of clients. • Cooperate on transitioning machine learning models (such as logo detection) from expensive CPU setups to cost-effective GPU deployments using Kubernetes. • Validate GPU outputs rigorously against CPU baselines to ensure scaling efficiency. • Help identify, deprecate, and decommission legacy, inefficient scraping infrastructure to continually reduce operational overhead and streamline our high-load data pipelines. • Comfortably work across the stack when needed, building and maintaining JavaScript-based front-end/back-end components that integrate with our core infrastructure.

• Own both the strategic and technical dimensions of our Workday ecosystem • Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, partnering with HR leadership on continuous improvement • Administer and support Workday for HR, managers, and employees while designing integrations and automating manual processes • Deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience through targeted system improvements, proactive reconfiguration, and engineering-grade reliability • Build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and APIs • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team fostering a culture of technical excellence

• Own the commercial relationship for your client base with a focus on maintaining and growing revenue • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer stakeholders • Meet with customers virtually and in person when appropriate to drive a consultative and partner-based sales approach • Achieve assigned sales targets by collaborating with customer success to deliver best-in-class brand protection services • Manage renewal of contracts, commercial discussions, and the annual customer contract and renewal cycle • Negotiate and execute contracts to maximize annual recurring revenue • Manage risk assessment plan for your account book with next steps and actions in place for accounts identified at risk • Keep Salesforce and other support tools updated with timely, relevant, and accurate information • Collaborate with sales team and other commercial team members to identify and grow opportunities within your account book • Keep up to date with all major product updates and be able to articulate their value to our clients

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, software licenses, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs and partnership agreements. • Provide practical concise legal advice on commercial and contractual matters to internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to develop and implement contract templates and processes to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance. • Support the legal team in maintaining and updating internal policies and procedures. • Provide ad-hoc assistance with matters relating to IP and litigation with supervision. • Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments relevant to the industry and provide proactive recommendations to ensure compliance. • Support the legal team in various ad-hoc legal projects and initiatives as needed.

• Serve as the primary 'Product Owner' for Planhat, responsible for stability, accuracy, and scalability. • Build and maintain backend settings, including API integrations, data feeds, custom fields, user roles, and complex automation rules. • Build and optimize playbooks and 'Rules of Engagement' that reduce manual work. • Help implement a health score logic and build dashboards that turn raw data into specific actions for the CS team. • Lead the initiative to fix current 'rubbish data' by auditing structures and implementing strict data standards. • Work closely with RevOps and Finance for real-time syncing of Planhat and Salesforce. • Establish automated processes to monitor data health and resolve gaps. • Drive projects from definition to execution, defining outcomes and training end-users. • Create and maintain the 'source of truth' documentation for all system processes and playbooks.
