• Serve as the primary 'Product Owner' for Planhat, responsible for stability, accuracy, and scalability. • Build and maintain backend settings, including API integrations, data feeds, custom fields, user roles, and complex automation rules. • Build and optimize playbooks and 'Rules of Engagement' that reduce manual work. • Help implement a health score logic and build dashboards that turn raw data into specific actions for the CS team. • Lead the initiative to fix current 'rubbish data' by auditing structures and implementing strict data standards. • Work closely with RevOps and Finance for real-time syncing of Planhat and Salesforce. • Establish automated processes to monitor data health and resolve gaps. • Drive projects from definition to execution, defining outcomes and training end-users. • Create and maintain the 'source of truth' documentation for all system processes and playbooks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Power User or Admin in Planhat (strongly preferred) or Gainsight/ChurnZero.
- Highly proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
- Solid experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and its integration with CS platforms.
- A deep understanding of data attribution, relational databases, and (ideally) basic SQL.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects to completion without hand-holding.
- Analyzing why a process exists and how to make it more efficient is critical.
- Experience in a post-sale SaaS environment is crucial to ensure processes are 'real-world' ready.
