Role Description CORMAC is seeking a hands-on and driven Proposal Specialist to ensure all of the company’s proposal activities are fully executed from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating the proposal process and responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs); from preparing outlines and compliance matrices, coordinating data calls, formatting resumes, and other related actions. This is a remote role. The Proposal Specialist will provide guidance to the proposal and technical staff in production of written materials, including brainstorming layouts and text development, task delegation, response editing and submissions, and other efforts associated with the process.
