Responsibilities - Develop, coordinate, and execute standardized approaches and processes to build repeatable, efficient proposal artifacts in response to federal RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitation types. - Act as team coordinator facilitating cross-functional team productivity (technical, contracts, finance), tracking proposal schedules, actions, and compliance matrices to maximize collective output. - Develop content. Ingest, transform, and format complex inputs, including past performance, resumes, and corporate capabilities, utilizing advanced AI prompting and traditional desktop publishing tools. - Support tailored responses across differing solicitation types, from market research and problem exploration (RFIs) to complex task order, single-award, and IDIQ vehicle proposals (RFPs). - Facilitate rigorous governance and quality control through proposal reviews (Pink/Red Teams). - Review content for compliance and rhetorical alignment. Maintain knowledge management repositories with meticulous attention to detail. Role Description GFT is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our BD&M team in the West (California/Phoenix/Seattle). This role follows a fully remote work model. Experience preparing proposals for capital public works projects and government agencies in California, such as Caltrans, Metro, BART, etc., is a plus for this role.
