Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management (Commercial/Residential/Industrial).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
- PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a strong plus.
- Ability to command respect on-site and motivate a diverse team.
- Quick decision-making skills when faced with unexpected site conditions.
- Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and negotiation.
- A "keen eye" for quality control and structural integrity.
