• Plan and oversee the execution of repair projects, including masonry, painting, waterproofing, and structural upkeep of residential units. • Perform routine technical inspections to identify any defects and prioritize them in the maintenance schedule. • Select and manage specialized contractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project’s technical specifications and safety codes. • Organize the workflow for daily repair requests, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and within the established deadlines. • Estimate the quantity and quality of materials needed for repairs and manage the technical approval of suppliers. • Maintain accurate records of all structural interventions and warranties for civil works.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in coordinating construction crews or managing building maintenance in the US.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, estimate costs (material take-offs), and manage complex work schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, architectural finishes, and structural waterproofing.
- Professional ability to coordinate effectively between residents, management, and field workers.
- Strong capacity to diagnose structural pathologies and propose technical solutions.
- Ability to lead and supervise multiple specialized contractors on-site simultaneously.
