• Independently manage financial and general ledger accounting for the Group • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Process payroll for multiple countries, including provisions, accruals, and fixed-asset accounting • Responsible for the monthly advance VAT return and quarterly VAT summary • Act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors, coordinate tax audits and prepare tax returns • Collaborate with the Controlling team on monthly investor reporting and support process optimizations • Maintain and develop the Accounting Manual and act as a technical point of contact for the Junior Accountant

• Simplify complexity: Break down intricate workflows and technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. • Ensure that complexity is handled behind the scenes, allowing users to efficiently achieve their goals with minimal friction. • UX Design: Utilize usability best practices and design patterns to create user flows and wireframes based on user stories and research insights in close collaboration with product management, development, and our users. • Visual Design: Balance aesthetics with functionality to create clean, user-centered interfaces. Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product. • Work close with our users: Gather feedback and insights from our users via surveys, interviews, usability tests, and casual conversations to gather deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and the UX team to ensure that user research findings are integrated into the design process, driving data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience.

• Own and deliver complex, cross-team architectural initiatives • Analyze codebase for key architectural pain points and create actionable plans • Define architectural vision and communicate it for significant parts of the codebase • Drive adoption of new technologies for performance and maintainability • Collaborate with product management and customer-facing teams to validate assumptions • Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural best practices • Mentor senior and staff engineers while raising the bar on testing and quality engineering • Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery

• Manual testing of new features and bug fixes based on test plans and acceptance criteria • Creating test plans and test catalogs • Conducting exploratory tests in the UI and backend • Documenting and tracking bugs in our bug tracking system • Close collaboration with developers and support • Helping to shape and further develop our testing processes

• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with business objectives • Drive the cultural shift toward quality ownership across engineering teams • Establish quality metrics and KPIs for meaningful insights into product health • Champion shift-left testing practices to catch defects early in development • Build and evolve a test automation strategy to maximize coverage • Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for fast, confident releases • Partner with Engineering, Product, and CI leadership to align quality initiatives • Mentor and grow QA engineers, fostering continuous learning • Identify bottlenecks in development and implement solutions for improvement • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating tools for adoption • Drive data-informed decisions about where to invest in quality efforts

• Build, run, and scale our demand generation engine • Own paid acquisition end to end, from strategy to execution • Work closely with webdev, brand, and content teams • Optimize campaigns for efficient and sustainable scaling

• Extend the capabilities of Checkmk • Enhance the monitoring of technologies • Work closely with users to gather domain know-how • Collaborate with development teams for product features and releases • Handle 3rd level support tickets jointly with developers • Serve as a subject-matter expert for the product • Remain up-to-date with industry advancements

• Enhance monitoring across technologies including operating systems, networking, hardware, databases, virtualization, cloud services, and applications • Work closely with users to incorporate their domain knowledge, ensuring we build monitoring that alerts before failures occur and provides useful out-of-the-box information • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and releases • Dive deep into Checkmk to jointly handle third-level support tickets with our developers, guiding them when product decisions are required • Act as the product subject-matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales and Marketing • Stay current with industry developments, emerging cloud technologies, and other IT infrastructure topics

• Own the entire expansion engine for the customer base • Architect and execute expansion campaigns, including price increases and contract transitions • Automate customer lifecycle processes for contract renewals • Design self-service paths to enable contract expansions • Partner with BI and Finance to ensure accurate reporting • Measure and report KPIs on campaign performance • Lead the evolution of data systems, including migration from Odoo to target systems
