Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in quality engineering with a proven track record of building and scaling QA organizations
- Deep understanding of long-term software quality: shift-left approaches, test pyramid principles, continuous testing, and sustainable automation strategies
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and programming (Python preferred; Linux experience is a plus)
- Experience implementing quality practices in CI/CD environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices (TDD, BDD, trunk-based development, feature flags)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset paired with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
- Business fluent in English; German language skills or willingness to learn are a plus
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Specific focus on Loan Administration on current/performing loans including New Loan Setup, Servicing Acquired/Transferred, ARM Loans, Escrow Administration, Borrower Complaints, Customer Service, and general loan servicing. The Specialist I will be responsible for performing these core tasks in addition to performing secondary QC reviews of these reviews performed by Specialist I’s and their peers. As a result, the Specialist I must have demonstrated a strong grasp of all applicable reviews scopes and be able to deliver loan-level feedback as needed. The Specialist I will participate in client facing phone calls to describe the results of the work performed and defend audit results. Essential Job Functions: - Review loan packages, servicing guidelines, or data files to identify the documentation necessary for the review - Perform QC Reviews for peers - Perform QC reviews of report extracts to ensure accuracy of number of files audited, number of exceptions cited, and guideline citations match exceptions - Defend audit results on client-facing phone calls - Act a subject matter expert in their area of review for internal, client-facing, and servicing-facing needs - Capture required information from such information (which may include bookmarking the relevant pages where such information can be located) in a designated place which will usually be a SitusAMC or client designated system - Review system questions to test system information against documentation provided and handle any exceptions that may come from the review.
