• Manages team of engineers in planning and preparation of design documents in appropriate engineering discipline. • Coordinates lower-level professional staff and technical staff’s work; may supervise lower-level staff. • Manages and may perform the preparation of process design calculations, prepares cost estimates, and uses economic analyses for comparison of alternatives. • Develops project scope of work; develops project schedule; prepares project initiation paperwork; manages budget reviews and schedules progress reports. • Coordinates projects with other Olsson teams; performs and coordinates design aspects of projects; directs team members on design tasks; maintains project records (correspondence, drawings, and files); coordinates with clients; attends client meetings. • Manages the preparation of technical reports, memos, and summaries to effectively communicate findings to clients and internal teams. • Serves as project manager for projects. • Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. • Assist with marketing / business development and prepare project proposals.

• Support the technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites • Ensure effective operation of blow molding equipment • Coach, develop, and support maintenance teams • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues • Facilitate and deliver training classes for Operators and Maintenance personnel • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities • Assist with maintenance budget and vendor relations

• Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications in support of the achievement of Patterson software requirements. • Collaborate with clients, developers and other team members in the conceptualization and development of new or existing software applications. • Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as needed. • Execute software testing on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors and general debugging. • Participate in and may lead the definition of software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation. • Help mentor Software Engineer peers through technical advice and reference.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React on the frontend and .NET/C# on the backend. • Build end-to-end features, participating from technical planning through implementation and maintenance of solutions. • Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring security, scalability and performance. • Implement integrations with internal and third-party systems. • Contribute to architecture definition, development patterns and team best practices. • Ensure delivery quality through automated testing and code reviews. • Identify and resolve performance, availability and stability issues in applications. • Produce technical documentation and support the continuous evolution of products and platforms. • Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
