You need to be regularly, deeply involved with all your people, working together and achieving results. Tasks - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive high quality lead growth. - Optimize and scale landing pages to maximize lead conversion. - Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and channels and scale them effectively. - Oversee all paid media traffic channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships. - Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth. - Blow up the internet with good links, great content, etc., all getting us to rank higher. - Oversee structured snippets implementation. - Lead and manage an international marketing team. - Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities. - Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure high team performance. - Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize user experience and tracking. - Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize ROI. - Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate with CRO to identify new tests to improve offers, pricing, and promotions. Requirements - We have a strong remote work culture based on the following values: - We prioritize achieving excellent results with urgency. - We continuously learn, improve, and embrace company processes. - We communicate openly and honestly. - We take initiative, plan effectively, and seek approval before executing major changes. - While the goal is for you to have increasing responsibility and autonomy, we expect you to start out collaborating and chalking up solid base hits and a few big wins before you can make significant decisions without owner review.
