Job Description
Social Media Strategist – Partnerships
team.blue
• Own Windsor's YouTube channel end-to-end: tutorials, connector how-tos, product demos, use cases. • Long-form first, then cut into Shorts. • Repurpose every video across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn via Metricool. • Build and manage the content calendar. Consistent, weekly output. • Brief and coordinate with our content and SEO team and UGC creators; work with our designer to fix thumbnails, build a consistent brand across all channels, and make sure every asset looks like it comes from the same place. • Use Windsor's own connectors to pull your social channel data into AI tools. • Build social media content plans from real data, not gut feel. The same way we use our product to run our own marketing. • Track performance. Know what's working, cut what isn't. • Identify and build relationships with data and marketing influencers for the US market: YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices, and newsletter writers in our ICP space (digital marketers, marketing analysts, agencies, e-commerce). • Manage outreach and pipeline; coordinate collaboration formats (co-authored content, product features, social mentions). • Brief influencers properly so the content actually works for Windsor. • Work closely with our affiliate program manager to support Windsor's affiliate network: independent creators who promote Windsor to their own audiences with a personal discount code (30% lifetime revenue share, tracked via FirstPromoter). • Give affiliates what they need to create better content: scripts, briefs, demo recordings, creative assets. • Monitor affiliate and solutions partner content. Repost, amplify, and feature the best on Windsor's channels. • Coordinate co-marketing with solutions partners (agencies and consultants): template gallery features, case study content, joint posts.
Job Requirements
- YouTube is your native language.
- You've created, managed, or grown a YouTube channel and you understand the platform at a mechanic level (not just as a viewer).
- You know how to turn one long-form video into a week of social content without it feeling like leftovers.
- You've managed influencer or creator relationships before and you know what good briefing looks like.
- You have a good eye: thumbnails, pacing, what makes someone stop scrolling vs. keep going.
- You're organized enough to manage a creator and influencer pipeline without things dropping.
- You move fast with modern tools. AI-assisted workflows aren't new to you.
- You're comfortable with tools like Metricool, Hootsuite, CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript, Canva, or equivalents
- Bonus Points: Experience in marketing tech, analytics, or data content (our audience are marketers and analysts)
- Familiarity with the AI/LLM space (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity). This is where our category is growing fastest.
- Have your own audience or channel in the data/marketing space
Benefits
- Work directly with Windsor's CMO on strategy and content direction
- Real ownership: you build the playbook, not just execute someone else's
- A product that's genuinely growing fast. Get ready to step onto a rocket ship.
- Flexible setup: open to full-time or freelance/contract depending on the right person
- Fully remote
