• Responsible for the technical execution and quality of our new B2C product: Full Stack Development. • Build and maintain features end-to-end - from Rails API endpoints to React Native screens. • Contribute to architecture decisions and uphold high standards through code reviews and testing. • Work with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and third-party services for integrations. • Participate in deployment pipeline and ensure product stability and performance in production. • Collaborate closely with product and design to turn user needs into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby / Rails.
- Relevant experience with React (preferably Native).
- Ability to shape the technical direction of early-stage projects.
- Autonomous, organized and proactive, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge on how to leverage AI to optimize output.
- Empathetic and love working with people from different backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English.
