This role combines sales development and marketing support, helping to identify new opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to brand awareness initiatives. What you’ll do:Field Marketing Responsibilities - Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of targeted marketing campaigns to maximize performance and engagement. - Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and social media activities, while analyzing and reporting on key engagement metrics. - Create and distribute compelling marketing materials and promotional content to drive brand awareness. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform outreach strategies and discover new pipeline opportunities. - Organise, participate in, and track the performance of trade shows, webinars, and customer events to maximize local lead generation. As the Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) at Carbon Robotics you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation and maintenance of Carbon Robotics Equipment. This includes training of operators, equipment supervisors or farm managers by making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge and implementing set up. In the post implementation stage you are responsible for customer machinery preventative maintenance and repairs. You will ensure continued customer satisfaction post delivery by establishing a trustworthy relationship. Other responsibilities will include acting as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes and complaints, equipment performance and pain points or bottlenecks.` Duties & Responsibilities: - Deliver efficient field support to customers using Carbon Robotics equipment to include verifying machines operating at peak efficiency by proper calibration, monitoring, and regular preventive maintenance service that will be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. - Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts by training operators and all farm personnel required to successfully implement the use of Carbon Robotics equipment to growers. - Logging, documenting and communicating customer experience and pain points to engineering and product teams. - Quickly respond to customer concerns and identify the issue(s), in collaboration with other Carbon Robotics departments/teams. - Willingness to travel to customer locations is expected to be greater than 50% of the time in peak seasons. - Overseeing and management of service tickets for service territory. - Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times. - Participate in the rotation of weekend on-call duties and after-hours phone support. - Demonstrates work cleanliness. - Maintain all company property, including service truck, tools, laptop, Ipad, and safety equipment in good working condition. - Build strong cross-functional relationships with customers and teams within Carbon Robotics. - Attend in person or virtual FRE related meetings with other service team members to stay current with the Carbon Robotics Ops team agendas. - Support demonstration and implementation activities. - Collect and upload data to assist with model labeling. - Attend online or in person refresher training classes to promote continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skillsets. - The ability to learn and teach every facet of usage of equipment, from transportation, maintenance to field utilization and operation. - In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties. YouTube | X | Instagram | LinkedIn | News Location: US - South East (Remote) Carbon Robotics Sales Development Representative will own the coordinated process of developing a qualified pipeline in Carbon Robotics addressable target market. This is accomplished by setting meetings with target contacts that result from running proactive multi-touch and multi channel communication sequences into target accounts. These contact touch sequences make it possible to deliver relevant information about Laserweeding and use case specific content that effectively generates the pipeline that fuels Carbon Robotics revenue engine. This position reports to the Manager, Inside Sales and requires heavy outbound phone calling, strategic email composition, linkedin & text messaging, implementing the highest levels of active listening skills, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with HQ and Field Sales partners to generate new customers and maintain the existing customer base. The SDR will be expected to be data driven, able to self-manage their pipeline and report on touch activity, and stay thoroughly informed on all products and weed problems facing the farming industry at large. They must have the maturity, confidence, and willingness, to roll up their sleeves and work in close partnership with Field Sales, Marketing and various other departments to achieve their assigned tasks. Responsibilities: - Own prospecting activities, including Account, Contact and Lead management inside the companies CRM (HubSpot). - Meet or exceed lead/meeting quota through email/phone/social based prospecting & qualification. - Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email copy, Practiced talk tracks, audience segmentation and approach. - Qualify interested farmers and arrange deeper dive sales meetings for the field reps, or the HQ Sales director. - Deliver sales presentations when necessary. - Track all relevant activity using HubSpot (including prospect touches (emails, calls, social outreach) prospect pipeline, Account/Contact/Lead/Opportunity details, etc.) - Quickly learn the technical aspects of the laserweeding product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions and other FAQ's. - Provide business acumen for farmers and strive to understand the operational problems we are solving in order to best situated the laserweeder and exceed their expectations. - Proactively manage your schedule, pipeline and campaigns in order to meet company deadlines and objectives. - Collaborate successfully with HQ Sales, Field Sales and Marketing to optimize team-selling productivity. - Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Role Description As the Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) at Carbon Robotics, you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation and maintenance of Carbon Robotics Equipment. This includes: - Training operators, equipment supervisors, or farm managers. - Making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge. - Implementing setup and conducting preventative maintenance and repairs. - Establishing a trustworthy relationship to ensure continued customer satisfaction post-delivery. - Acting as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes, complaints, equipment performance, and pain points. Duties & Responsibilities: - Deliver efficient field support to customers using Carbon Robotics equipment. - Verify machines are operating at peak efficiency through proper calibration and regular preventive maintenance. - Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts by training operators and farm personnel. - Log, document, and communicate customer experiences and pain points to engineering and product teams. - Quickly respond to customer concerns and identify issues in collaboration with other departments. - Willingness to travel to customer locations greater than 50% of the time in peak seasons. - Oversee and manage service tickets for service territory. - Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times. - Participate in the rotation of weekend on-call duties and after-hours phone support. - Demonstrate work cleanliness. - Maintain all company property in good working condition. - Build strong cross-functional relationships with customers and teams within Carbon Robotics. - Attend in-person or virtual FRE related meetings to stay current with the Carbon Robotics Ops team agendas. - Support demonstration and implementation activities. - Collect and upload data to assist with model labeling. - Attend online or in-person refresher training classes for continuous improvement. - Learn and teach every facet of equipment usage, from transportation to field operation. - Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are related to duties. Qualifications - Ability to diagnose problems with equipment or machinery. - Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills. - Ability to remain calm and articulate in difficult customer situations. - Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills. - Desire for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. - Trailer towing experience preferred but not required. - Valid driver’s license required. - Verbal and written English literacy required; bilingual preferred regionally. YouTube | X | Instagram | LinkedIn | News As a detail-oriented Inventory & Production Technician at Carbon Robotics you’ll own the flow of materials – ensuring that parts are received accurately, inventory is well organized and traceable, and work orders are closed in a timely manner to support smooth production flow and accurate material planning. This is an operations-focused role requiring a background in logistics and inventory management. You’ll be comfortable splitting time between the floor and the system: receiving parts, reconciling inventory, staging materials, and closing work orders in NetSuite. You’ll be part of the backbone of our operations, helping drive accuracy, throughput, and accountability as we scale. What you’ll do: Receiving & Material Handling - Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials; verify quantities and documentation against POs. - Work with the Purchasing and Inventory team in the US to resolve discrepancies or nonconforming material. - Ensure timely movement of materials from receiving to storage or production areas. - Maintain accurate receiving transactions in NetSuite (or ERP) and ensure traceability of serial or lot-controlled items. Assembly - Assemble Sub assembly components according to detailed engineering specifications and assembly instructions. - Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components, optical components, and electronic parts. - Ensure that all components are correctly aligned and securely fastened. Inventory Control - Manage daily inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. - Support setup and organization of warehouse locations, labeling, and storage optimization. - Monitor min/max and safety stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. - Support root-cause analysis on inventory variances and implement corrective actions. Production Control / Work Order Management - Release, track, and close production work orders in NetSuite to ensure accurate material consumption and build completion. - Coordinate with Manufacturing and Planning to ensure materials are staged and ready for each build. - Review open work orders weekly to confirm completion status and clear aging WOs. - Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) by managing disposition of affected inventory. As the on-site point of contact, with the support of the teams at headquarters you’ll work to resolve in-the-field machines issues. The FRE position will also support our sales organization and CSM team with scheduled demos and site visits. You will make sure to keep certification and training up to requirements per region. Responsibilities & Duties: Field Support - Provide on-site technical support to farmers and operators to ensure every aspect of the laser weeder operates efficiently. - Train operators and farm personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the system. - Respond promptly to service calls and provide high-quality customer support. Preventive Maintenance - Work closely with field team to execute bi-weekly and monthly PM tasks on the current LaserWeeder fleet. - Ensure all LaserWeeder units are operating at peak performance through scheduled inspections, calibrations, and updates. - Document completed maintenance tasks and report any recurring or potential issues to the Field Robot Engineers and engineering teams. - Make sure the chiller and AC on our laserweeders are working in perfect condition. You’re the HVAC specialist and together with 1 other HVAC specialist you make sure everything is up and running. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain detailed records of all diagnostics, repairs, and system updates. - Provide feedback to the HVAC team on recurring issues and potential areas for system improvement. - Document best practices and troubleshooting guides for future use. Qualifications - HVAC specialist category 1 or 2.
