• Responsible for capturing, analyzing, forecasting, revenues, costs, assets and liabilities associated with specific projects. • Prepare projects in a timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual manner. • Review with project teams the monthly project statements to ensure costs and results are properly reflected, noting substantial variances from budget. • Prepare monthly journal entries for project revenues, expenses, accruals, and related account analyses to complete the monthly close on a timely basis. • Assist with the completion of monthly management reports, including Flash reporting and business monthly reviews by providing timely, accurate detailed accounting records as it relates to projects and at the consolidated level. • Provides assistance and a resource for accounts payable to ensure costs are properly classified by project. • Fully support the annual audit with project data reports.
