Director, Operations & Services
Mobile Communications America
• Direct and manage day-to-day operations for DAS deployment, installation, commissioning, and support activities. • Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals. • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and service delivery standards. • Lead workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution across multiple projects and markets. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve quality and cost performance. • Oversee operational support for DAS projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. • Partner with Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure accurate planning, readiness, and successful execution. • Monitor project risks, field issues, escalations, and capacity constraints; develop mitigation plans as needed. • Ensure appropriate coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, carriers, venue stakeholders, and customers. • Support commissioning, testing, and handoff processes to ensure successful project completion. • Lead, coach, and develop operations managers, field teams, warehouse/logistics personnel, and other operational staff. • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and execution excellence. • Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities. • Support talent planning, hiring, succession planning, and retention efforts within the operations function. • Manage operational budgets, labor utilization, contractor spend, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably in DAS, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, or related technical/construction environments.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing multiple teams, functions, or regions.
- Strong knowledge of DAS deployment, wireless infrastructure, site operations, construction workflows, and project delivery practices.
- Experience managing budgets, labor planning, vendor performance, and operational reporting.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance practices in field-based operations.
- Proven success improving operational efficiency, scaling teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neutral host DAS, public venue DAS, in-building wireless systems, or large-scale telecom infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with carrier requirements, permitting, testing/commissioning, and field deployment standards.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA, or related operational/project certifications.
- Experience with ERP, project management, or workforce planning systems.

Role Description The EHR Integration Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the team during implementations of Murj’s EHR integrations, along with helping to support Murj’s live integrations by triaging and resolving production support tickets. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) - Days 1-30: You have a firm grasp of the Murj platform and the specific nuances of cardiac monitor data. You’ve shadowed the Integration Specialists on at least three active implementations and have begun resolving basic production support tickets independently. - Days 31-60: You are leading the testing phase for new integrations, executing test plans with minimal supervision. You’ve identified at least one area for documentation improvement and have updated our internal knowledge base accordingly. - Days 61-90: You are fully resolving complex integration support tickets and implementing new EHR integrations from start to finish. You have established strong working relationships with both the Murj team and external customer stakeholders. Location and Schedule This is a remote-friendly position; however, the role requires core working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time to support our clinical customers and internal teams. Travel expectations: 1-10%: Minimal to no travel; maybe a few meetings or events.
