Workday Integration Consultant

BuzzClan

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including EIBs (inbound/outbound), Workday Connectors, RaaS, Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI), and APIs (REST/SOAP). • Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner. • Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints. • Provide guidance on integration best practices and translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders. • Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of RaaS and hands-on experience with WECI.
  • Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
  • Deep understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
  • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
  • Expertise in EIBs (inbound/outbound) and Workday Connectors (including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent analytical skills.
