• Join kickoff calls with hiring managers and ask the questions that make the search sharper • Find great technical talent wherever they actually are: not just LinkedIn, but the places others overlook • Screen and shortlist candidates across both technical and business roles, owning parts of 1–2 active roles, with room to grow into full ownership • Keep pipelines moving without things slipping through the cracks, because momentum only works when it’s organized • Ensure every candidate gets a thoughtful, timely response • Build talent pools so we’re never scrambling, with the right conversations already happening before we need them • Work with the Talent team to figure out what's not working and how we can fix it • Learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and build skills beyond sourcing

• You’ll contribute to our month-end close process, helping us close the books faster and with greater accuracy • Own and manage AR end-to-end: maintaining records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared • Support the UK entity, for example with payroll reviews and VAT returns • Keep financial data clean, reconciled, and audit-ready (always, not just when someone's looking) • Handle high-volume payment flows across gateways, banks, and currencies • Support AP and payroll journals, including working with international payroll setups and external providers • Assist with audit queries • Stay in sync with the German entity accountant and our Slovenian partners, so nothing drifts between entities • Spot what's slow or not scalable and make it better, without overcomplicating it

• Help customers troubleshoot technical issues through Zendesk and Discord, providing clear explanations and effective solutions. • Investigate delivery and performance issues involving caching, HTTP behavior, SSL/TLS, DNS configuration, and origin connectivity. • Diagnose application-layer networking problems affecting website delivery and performance. • Use tools like curl, traceroute, MTR, dig, and logs to analyze request flows and isolate production issues. • Monitor network health and spot delivery problems before they escalate. • Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams when bugs or platform issues arise. • Contribute improvements to internal troubleshooting guides and customer documentation. • Share insights from customer interactions to help improve our platform and tooling. • Continue developing your expertise in CDN architecture, caching systems, edge networking, and internet infrastructure.
