• Lead product customization clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet business needs. • Work closely with BD and AM teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize workflows. • Gather and analyze customer requirements to define product road maps and feature development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to execute product strategies. • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep our B2B solutions competitive. • Define key product KPIs and ensure continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in B2B solutions.
- Must have experience in the crypto industry, preferably in B2B or enterprise-level products.
- Strong understanding of white-label solutions and licensed entity customization.
- Experience working closely with BD/AM teams to develop SOPs and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
