BRINC Drones

• ASMs remain quota-carrying sellers and are expected to drive revenue directly (70% Individual Contributor) • Own approximately 50 named accounts • Carrying and forecasting against a personal quota • Driving new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities • Leading complex sales cycles with public safety agencies and executive stakeholders • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and CRM hygiene • Executing BRINC’s sales motions across DFR, Takeoff, Guardian, Lemur, and LiveOps • Setting the standard for deal quality, preparation, and customer engagement • ASMs are also responsible for supporting and enabling a small group of sellers (30% Leadership) • Supporting onboarding and ramp for new Territory Account Executives • Providing deal strategy guidance, qualification support, and execution coaching • Participating in pipeline reviews and forecast discussions • Reinforcing sales process discipline and messaging consistency • Assisting with territory planning and account strategy • Serving as a first point of escalation for sales execution questions • Providing ongoing feedback to the VP of Sales on rep performance and field execution • Partnering closely with Sales Engineering and Product Specialists to support technical discovery, demos, and solution design • Coordinating with Training and Enablement to support rep onboarding, skill development, and GTM readiness • Working with Customer Success to support smooth handoffs, successful deployments, renewals, and expansions • Collaborating with Revenue Operations on pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, territory alignment, and reporting • Supporting and strengthening strategic partnerships

• Travel to customer sites in varying weather conditions to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain BRINC hardware and software. • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns during implementation. • Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback. • Ensure installations comply with building codes & safety standards. • Maintain strong relationships with our Law Enforcement / Public Safety customers to drive customer success and satisfaction.

• Develop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies throughout an assigned territory. • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for command staff, training divisions, operations personnel, and elected officials. • Serve as a subject matter expert on public safety UAS operations, deployment models, regulatory considerations, and best practices. • Work with agencies to develop Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response programs. • Assist departments in evaluating funding opportunities, budget development, and implementation planning. • Collaborate with BRINC product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure customer success. • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote BRINC solutions and strengthen industry relationships. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, public safety trends, and the evolving UAS landscape.

• Provide customer-facing demo support • Achieve and maintain technical expertise in BRINC OEM products & proprietary software • Possess and maintain an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License • Build positive relationships with customers and public safety agencies • Maintain a high level of flying proficiency to perform flying duties safely and efficiently • Participate in timely and effective communication with BRINC teammates • Partner with TAEs in the field to deliver live, interactive demonstrations of both hardware and software solutions. • Responsibly manage assigned BRINC equipment to include demonstration truck, station, sUAS kits and all accompanying equipment. • Proactively maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment to present BRINC as a solution for our public safety partners. • Proactively conduct detailed preparation testing, pre-operational briefings with contingencies and informative debrief discussions with BRINC personnel while onsite. • Communicate effectively with all team members while onsite and defer questions to the appropriate party during demonstrations. • Complete required recurrent training to comply with company and regulatory requirements • Participate and become certified in comprehensive technical troubleshooting of BRINC technology • Ensure safety practices associated with transport of equipment and technological hardware • Drive and manage the DFR truck to provide on-site support for reps during client meetings, demonstrations, and field events.

• Serve as the technical expert supporting Account Executives during sales engagements, ensuring customers understand the capabilities and value of BRINC’s DFR solutions. • Help facilitate technical discussions with customers to understand how our solution can cater to their agency and operations • Conduct live product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements, both onsite and remotely. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software, providing hands-on support to customers. • Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) by collecting and communicating feedback to engineering teams for product enhancements. • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, hardware engineering, and software engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in product offerings. • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practices for customers and internal stakeholders. • Support deployment and integration efforts for customers adopting BRINC’s technology. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging UAV technologies. • 75% Travel Required

• Planning, managing and rollout of BRINC’s DFR ecosystem • Develop project plans, define milestones, manage timelines for the deployment and scaling of BRINC’s DFR & other solutions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in the public safety sector to drive customer success and satisfaction. • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns during implementation. • Schedule and conduct ongoing meetings, track performance & provide feedback to both customers and internal stakeholders • Work closely with BRINC teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback. • Travel to customer sites to include, leading customer meetings, site surveys, Air Traffic Control meetings, FAA Waiver coordination, Implementation & Live Rollout • Act as a liaison between external partners, public safety agencies, drone operators, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment and compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards • Identify potential risks in the deployment of drones, including legal, technical, and operational challenges, recommending mitigation strategies • Ensure the project complies with building codes, aviation, safety, and data privacy regulations, coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other regulatory authorities. • Stay informed of the latest advancements in drone technology & FAA Rules and Regulations

• Prepare, submit, and manage FAA regulatory authorizations, waivers, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations • Serve as a regulatory subject matter resource for internal teams and public safety partners navigating the FAA authorization processes • Proactively engage with public safety partners to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns maintaining strong relationships during the regulatory approval lifecycle. • Track and manage submission pipelines, managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and regulatory milestones are met • Identify regulatory challenges and develop creative problem-solving strategies to support successful approvals • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving FAA regulations, policies, and authorization pathways relevant to public safety aviation operations • Work closely with BRINC’s Project Management & Customer Success teams • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to ensure aircraft capabilities, software features, and operational procedures align with FAA regulatory frameworks
