We serve commercial fleets across transportation, waste, construction, and service industries. We’re expanding - and we’re looking for someone who understands this market.

Job Requirements

  • The Role
  • We’re hiring a Commercial Account Executive with direct fleet industry experience to win and grow mid-market fleet operators across North America.
  • This is a full-cycle, outbound-driven role.
  • You will:
  • Build your own pipeline
  • Run operational discovery conversations
  • Demonstrate integrated SaaS + telematics solutions
  • Close new fleet customers
  • Expand accounts strategically
  • You will sell into maintenance managers, fleet directors, operations leaders, and compliance stakeholders.
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prospect fleet operators through phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Lead discovery around uptime, preventative maintenance, compliance, and ROI
  • Deliver solution-driven demos
  • Close mid-market fleet accounts
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Required:
  • 3–5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Direct experience selling into fleet, transportation, logistics, heavy equipment, or telematics markets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline
  • Strongly Preferred:
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Familiarity with telematics or maintenance platforms
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • (Security clearance eligibility may apply for certain accounts.)

About the Role Franki’s Sales team is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE). This person will be responsible for selling Franki solutions to our Franchise and Brands segment.
