Role Description The Human Resources (HR) Benefits Partner is responsible for coordinating HR initiatives in the support of strategic business goals as it relates to benefits provided by the company. The goal of this position is to manage communication and relationships with employees and strategize benefit opportunities that will enhance the overall employee relationship. Qualifications - Experience in HR benefits administration. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to manage relationships with employees. - Proficiency in using HR software and systems. Requirements - Administers various employee benefits programs, including: - Group health, dental and vision - Accident and disability - Life insurance - 401(k) - FMLA - Wellness and any other ancillary benefits - Coordinates Annual Wellness Screenings. - Coordinates benefits orientations and self-enrollment system. - Coordinates communication strategy that keeps employees informed of the benefit opportunities and changes. - Works with Insurance Broker to maintain accuracy with reporting and regulatory expectations. - Maintains employee personnel and benefits filing systems. - Assists employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims, questions, or enrollment guidance. - Assists CHRO in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans. - Manages employee/company information as it relates to benefit programs. - Assists with payroll process and reviews on a bi-weekly basis. - Assists CHRO in completing benefits reporting requirements. - Assumes other duties and/or projects as assigned by the CHRO. • Support day-to-day procurement operations across a multi-site healthcare environment • Administer procurement workflows, including requisition routing, purchase order support, approval coordination, and purchasing compliance processes • Support implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s procure-to-pay (P2P) platform and related procurement processes • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and maintain supplier master data integrity in partnership with Finance and Accounts Payable • Partner with Accounts Payable to support invoice resolution, PO compliance initiatives, and purchasing controls • Monitor and support adherence to procurement policies, preferred supplier programs, and purchasing procedures across operational sites • Assist with procurement reporting, purchasing metrics, and operational KPI tracking • Support contract administration activities, including documentation management and supplier information maintenance • Support adherence to approved supplier agreements, purchasing policies, and formulary standards across operational sites • Monitor purchasing activity for alignment with preferred supplier programs, contract utilization goals, and procurement procedures • Serve as a point of contact for procurement-related operational questions from internal stakeholders and field operations • Identify process improvement opportunities to support standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency • Assist with procurement-related training and user adoption initiatives for purchasing systems and workflows
• Lead enterprise technology projects and strategic initiatives from intake and prioritization through execution, stabilization, and operational transition • Establish and manage Bridgeview’s IT project intake, governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes • Partner with executive leadership, operational leaders, physicians, and clinical stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics • Develop and maintain project governance standards, reporting cadences, steering committee materials, status dashboards, and executive communications • Drive accountability across cross functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives • Manage complex enterprise initiatives including healthcare application implementations, infrastructure projects, cybersecurity initiatives, operational transformation programs, and AI related projects • Lead and coordinate technology workstreams associated with acquisitions, integrations, TSA exits, data migrations, and operational consolidations • Support enterprise AI initiatives by coordinating pilots, implementation activities, operational readiness, vendor engagement, governance, and adoption planning • Facilitate prioritization discussions and intake reviews to ensure alignment between organizational priorities, resource availability, and project capacity • Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts while developing mitigation and escalation strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, operational stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment • Coordinate project resource planning activities across internal teams, external consultants, and implementation partners • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, meeting cadences, and documentation standards • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, templates, and operational processes across the organization • Support organizational change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies • Monitor and report on portfolio health, resource utilization, budget performance, project KPIs, and value realization metrics • Participate in IT strategic planning, budgeting, governance, and operational leadership activities

They monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, resolve connectivity issues, and implement security measures. They also provide user support and training and collaborate on network upgrades and expansions. This position is eligible for remote work. POSITION SUMMARY: The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all payer enrollment applications across Bridgeview Eye Partners’ service lines. This includes government, managed care, and commercial payers. Key duties involve preparing applications, coordinating with operations team to obtain required provider information, and routinely monitoring pending submissions to ensure deficiencies are resolved promptly. This position is eligible for remote work. Role Description The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for supporting daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and cash applications. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of claims, payments, and follow-up activities to support the organization’s financial performance.
