Many legal professionals spend a significant portion of their time on tasks like document formatting, correcting inconsistencies, and verifying cross-references, rather than engaging in core legal strategy. BoostDraft addresses these operational inefficiencies through technology, providing an environment where experts can focus on their primary responsibilities. Responsibilities - Product Development Contribution - Logically deconstruct complex legal workflows and collaborate with the development team to define functional requirements. - Bring deep legal expertise to achieve technical excellence through rapid iteration, experimentation, and actionable feedback. - Enterprise Customer Success and Value Maximization - Lead the strategic rollout and adoption of BoostDraft at top-tier law firms and global enterprises. - Lead product adoption and be accountable among BD leadership for continually growing customer satisfaction quantitatively and qualitatively. - Drive account growth by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall business revenue. Qualifications - Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Korean and business-level fluency in English. - Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
