Responsibilities - Product Development Contribution: - Logically deconstruct complex legal workflows and collaborate with the development team to define functional requirements. - Bring deep legal expertise to achieve technical excellence through rapid iteration, experimentation, and actionable feedback. - Enterprise Customer Success and Value Maximization: - Lead the strategic rollout and adoption of BoostDraft at top-tier law firms and global enterprises. - Lead product adoption and be accountable among BD leadership for continually growing customer satisfaction quantitatively and qualitatively. - Drive account growth by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall business revenue. - Public Relations and Brand Awareness: - Evangelize BoostDraft and the evolving role of Legal Engineering by sharing insights at major industry conferences. - Articulate our company's vision and the latest trends in legal sector digitization. - Organization Building and Talent Development: - Recruit and train team members with legal expertise (Legal Experts). - Build an organizational structure capable of consistently and autonomously generating high results. - Corporate Legal and Governance Oversight: - Contribute to the update of the due diligence process with respect to global expansion. Qualifications - Active license to practice law (in Japan or another major jurisdiction). - Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English. - 3+ years of practical experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience managing legal operations is a strong plus. - A strong commitment to solving challenges in the legal sector through the application of technology.
