Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description The Regional HR Business Partner's role is to provide a high-touch strategic HR generalist support to their assigned region. The role is multi-faceted and is assigned to primarily assist Regional Vice Presidents, Vice President, and the employees in their assigned region. The RHRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business and is a content expert regarding talents strategies, policies & procedures, program implementation, with knowledge of state and local employment legislation, and promotes workplace diversity in all people processes and activities. The successful individual in this role is self-directed, flexible, resilient, and highly motivated & possesses high personal ethical standards. Qualifications - In depth knowledge of federal and state legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers compensation, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC. - Effective decision-making, speaking and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus. - MS Office required. - ADP preferred. - HRIS Software knowledge, ADP preferred. Requirements - Partners with as a strategic resource to Executives, Regional Management, Vice Presidents, and employees to provide support in the form of policy development and enforcement, benefits, compensation, performance management and engagement. - Communicates regularly with Regional Leaders to understand and maintain awareness of the culture, plans, and needs. Provides guidance as appropriate. - Conducts weekly 1:1 meeting with Regional Vice Presidents. - Collaborates with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions. - Analyzes data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. - Mediates and resolves employee relations complex issues; addresses grievances and conducts thorough objective investigations as appropriate. - Engages to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. - Ensures regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborates with the legal department when necessary. - Interprets human resources policy to company management and employees. - Generates ADP reporting and other tracking as required. - Works with a variety of company vendors, including benefits carriers, HR related software vendors, HR Program vendors (DEI), etc. Benefits - Competitive base salary. - Bonus plan for qualified positions. - Comprehensive benefits package that includes: - Matching 401(k) plan. - Health insurance (medical, dental and vision). - Paid time off. - Disability. - Equipment appropriate to the position (i.e.: laptop, smart phone, etc.). - Corporate apparel allowance. - Extended benefits such as: - Remote Work. - Employee Assistance Program. - Accident & Critical Illness Coverage. - LegalShield. - Professional Development. - Paid Referral Program. - And more.
