• Regulatory licensing applications and maintenance: Coordination of MTL and other state registration applications and ongoing maintenance, including applications, renewals, maintenance filings, change notifications. • Assist with foreign licensing matters and information gathering across stakeholders. • Ensure all information as requested by regulators is tracked, gathered, reviewed, and delivered in a timely manner, including licensing trackers, regulatory calendars, and maintenance and organization of documentation. • Ensure all licensing requirements are kept up to date and stakeholders are notified of upcoming requirements. • Corporate/subsidiary governance organization: Maintenance and organization of all corporate documents, e.g. organizational documents, resolutions, authorizations. • Assist with due diligence questionnaires and track review cycles, documentation collection, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. • Tracking and documenting board and committee meetings. • Inventory and maintenance of the company's centralized policy hub ensuring version control of policies, procedures, and other documents. • Liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties. • Supporting Legal, Finance, and Compliance for other operational needs.

We are looking for a passionate, driven security leader to join our team. This is a remote position. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for leading security and technology initiatives to successful outcomes and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company information and systems. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations, managing the IT team, and establishing and maintaining best practices in information technology, asset management, while providing security and technology compliance advisory to other business units.
