We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and oversee the full product lifecycle of the BitPay payments platform. In this role, you’ll gather input and feature requests from internal stakeholders, customers, and the market, then hypothesize, test, and iterate on products used by millions. As a Senior Product Manager at BitPay, you will coordinate across departments to ensure that internal stakeholders are supported by your product roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and refine requirements for mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Your role will bridge gaps between teams, foster collaboration, and drive the success of our products. Requirements: - Own the full lifecycle of development of the BitPay B2B acceptance business, including business onboarding and success. - Deliver comprehensive documentation to support finance, compliance, and customer support operations. - Develop comprehensive product requirements documentation that ensures domestic and international regulatory compliance. - Manage vendor relationships, support strategic partnerships, and participate in audits as the product SME. - Drive enhancements, identify new strategic opportunities, and curate competitive intelligence for your products. - Improve product operations and refine the backlog management process across multiple development teams. - Improve onboarding, identity verification, and monitoring programs for consumers. - Present and discuss user experience, funds/data flows, and back-end operations with regulatory entities. - Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: - 5+ years of product management experience in a technical payment e-commerce platform. - Prove experience in scaling growth (users and revenue) for a payment/e-commerce product. - Strong background and KYC/onboarding (business and consumers). Interested in cryptocurrency. - Demonstrated ability to work strategically and independently. - Excellent communicator, able to articulate product vision and complex ideas to executives and cross-functional teams. - Data-driven decision maker with experience in analytics, research, and market analysis. - Strong understanding of modern software development and project management processes and technology. - Experience with financial regulations, data privacy, or information security. - Professional experience in product design, software engineering, or project management. - Proficient in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, and user analytics tools.
