Senior Cloud Engineer – DevOps, DevSecOps
BETSOL
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP. • Build and operate scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments: AKS/GKE, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities. • Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments. • Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows. • Contribute to basic portal application code (modern JS/TS frontend, REST API endpoints, simple backend handlers) when the work calls for it. • Implement proactive monitoring with Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Log Analytics.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering, with full-stack application exposure.
- Proven expertise in Azure and GCP cloud architecture and automation.
- Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes.
- Strong with CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks.
- Experience with container security, image scanning, and supply chain security.
- Proficiency in scripting: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Application-level comfort: building or maintaining portal-style web apps (modern JS/TS frontend plus a REST backend).
- Working fluency with AI-first development: daily use of AI coding assistants, prompt and context discipline, comfort reviewing AI-generated output for correctness and security.
- Strong written and verbal English; able to collaborate in US-EST hours.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Kubernetes Platform

• Own and operate components of the Kubernetes platform, including deployment, upgrades, and maintenance • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and reliable platform features • Build and improve automation, tooling, and CI/CD workflows to reduce operational overhead • Monitor system health and respond to issues; participate in on-call rotations and incident response • Participate in post-incident reviews and implement follow-up improvements • Contribute to defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets • Support compliance efforts, including system hardening, documentation, and audit readiness • Collaborate with senior engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements
