Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation
- At least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment for the process industry
- Proven track record in sales, consultant and/or service role in the process industry
- Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware for IT/OT systems
- Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Deliver consulting and implementation projects for the PowerHaus ERP system • Analyze existing administrative and accounting processes in condominium (WEG) and rental property management and derive optimized workflows • Plan and execute software rollouts, including functional support during implementation • Conduct user trainings, workshops, and product training sessions — both remotely and on-site • Support the setup of legally compliant accounting and billing processes • Provide ongoing support and consultancy for existing customers to ensure optimal use of PowerHaus • Contribute to the further development of consulting standards, documentation, and knowledge management
